Massimo is the apartment inside the Castello di Marsiliana on the right side of the tower. It has an asymmetrical layout: from the living room with sofas and an antique maiolica ceramic stove, the apartment fans out in an original shape, creating an elegant yet intimate atmosphere.
Casa Massimo is on the first floor.
First floor: dining area with kitchenette (oven, freezer, toaster, dishwasher), bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite bathroom with shower, sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Private and fully equipped outdoor area on a terrace built along the estate’s perimeter wall.
2 bedrooms (one of which is a US-double room)
Beside the castle’s chapel is the house which once was the priest’s residence: it has been renovated and transformed into an inviting apartment.
It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom (with bathtub), fully equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with fireplace.
Just a few steps away, in the castle garden, is the pool shared with Casa Massimo and Casa Fineo.
The Castello di Marsiliana is a castle situated on a hilltop overlooking the entire plain, all the way out to the gulf of Talamone: it is an ideal location to experience life in an informal, yet elegant castle. The beautiful coast on the Tyrrhenian Sea is only 14 kilometers away: our castle is the perfect destination for guests in search of peace and quiet after a day spent on the beach. Guests will be living in one of the wings of the family castle.
Podere del Cutignolo shares its name with the land that surrounds it, and it is bordered on two sides by vineyards producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It is subdivided in Podere Forno and Colombaia, names which suggest the estate’s farming legacy.
For a long time Casa del Guardia was the residence of Giovanni, the gamekeeper at the Marsiliana estate. The house is bordered by olive trees, the summer stage for amazing evening cicada and cricket concerts.
